JEMCON MISSION STATEMENT
JemCon staff are dedicated to providing the best possible service at all times, whether that's in person (face-to-face) at the annual convention, or remotely, via the online contact forms and messageboard.We aim to resolve all sensible queries and problems within 12 hours. Where we can't meet this 12 hour window, we will do our best to contact you with a valid reason and give details of an alternative response time.
Our staff will behave in a courteous, professional manner towards all visitors (to the convention and to the website) at all times, offering advice and assistance where needed.
Please note, we reserve the right to block all contact attempts and suspend the membership of anyone who sees fit to abuse us, other members or website visitors, our messageboard or our server.
We are here to keep the memory of Jem™ alive in a warm and friendly environment and we hope that you will help us as much as we will try to help you.
